Bayside Networks offers several levels of support that are a good fit with a small business. What we call Level 1 managed support works for many of our clients. This support puts a tech onsite for a regularly scheduled visit. Additional hours and service calls are made as needed and are offered at a 10% hourly discount.

We find that many of the simpler issues are not time sensitive and can be saved for the scheduled site visit. This allows us to schedule and address the issues in a very efficient manner, saving the client money. Urgent issues require immediate response, and it is re-assuring to the client to have a support consultant respond who is familiar with their business and has extensive knowledge of their IT systems. Many of our clients on these “mini” maintenance plans find that this arrangement saves them a significant amount of money, frustration, and downtime, which increases their bottom line, which after all, is the bottom line.
