Calling BaysideNetworks.com for assistance, recent changes

Hello Everyone,

We have made a range of improvements to how we handle inbound client phone calls.

Please use our main office number (858) 654-4080 to reach all of our consultants. You can also request support by email: chris@baysidenetworks.com.

Your calls are important to us. One of our consultants will often answer your call directly. Once your call is answered, you can ask to be transferred to the consultant of your choice. We strive to assist you right away “live� when you call.

Normally our phones are answered live from 6:00AM PST to 4:00PM PST. We have a small East Coast office to provide early coverage because of the 3 hour time difference.

If your call is not answered by a live person and you reach our automated system, you can still easily reach your consultant via our simple menu-driven system. You can choose to leave a message for your consultant or press a key to transfer to your consultant’s mobile phone.

If your transferred call is not answered, you will be prompted with an option that will allow you to transfer to our client help desk coordinator (her name is Anita) or you can leave a message. And yes, if Anita does not answer you will finally have to leave a voice message.

All of this is less complicated than it probably sounds— basically just call our main number and follow the prompts.

We are always looking for ways to improve client service and I look forward to any input you may wish to offer on our new system.
